Over 25 years of experience in tourism - 12 of them abroad in the international tourism industry - conveys a substantial understanding and know-how about the development of tourist destinations, a broad practical experience in the project management of all tourist aspects and offers, as well as a profound expertise in international marketing consulting. During my professional career at Österreich Werbung Wien, Cologne and as head of ÖW Milan, as Managing Director for destinations such as Hong Kong, Kenya and Jordan at an international PR and marketing agency, Marketing Director at Salzburg Tourism, General Manager at Piedmont Tourism and as the Director of Burgenland Tourism, no tourism issue or problem has remained unsolved. An increase in the number of guests, higher customer satisfaction, more added value and a lasting brand experience are the key success factors of destinations and tourism providers, which we want to influence decisively with our consulting offer.

Due to my many years of professional experience in various departments of the international leading hotels in Austria and abroad, I was able to acquire expert knowledge, especially in the fields of food & beverage, as well as sales and marketing. Sales experience in resorts such as the Waldorf Astoria Rome Cavalieri, the Luxury Collection Hotel Schloss Fuschl, the Sheraton Grand, the Luxury Collection Hotel Goldener Hirsch and the Romantikhotel Schloß Pichlarn, has significantly influenced my skills in the critical areas of revenue management and customer relationship management. In order to successfully compete with competitors and the constant price war in the hotel industry, digital marketing and classic sales activities must be supplemented and strengthened. An increase in the number of guests, higher added value per guest and a high customer satisfaction ultimately lead to the desired sales increases.
